You can pick up the kit at One Main Place on Wednesday 10/9 between 10 AM - 3 PM.

Vegan Summer Vegetable Curry:
Savor a hearty, comforting curry made with squash, pumpkin, long beans, eggplant, and corn in a creamy coconut milk and Thai red curry sauce. This dish is loaded with summer vegetables and bursting with the vibrant flavors of garlic, scallions, and Thai spices, making it the perfect meal for family gatherings or special occasions.
Water Spinach & Garlic Stir Fry:
Quick and easy, this stir fry showcases the freshness of water spinach (ong choy) and the boldness of garlic, with a touch of soy sauce and vegetarian oyster sauce for that extra depth of flavor. It’s the ideal side dish to pair with any meal, offering a light, yet flavorful complement to the richer curry.
